This is a 30-min ‘chemistry call’ to get to know each other better and talk about what you are looking for.
We will talk about:
- your aspirations and main challenges
- what you have tried so far to effect change and the results
- what coaching is and how it helps people grow and transform
- what your urgency and readiness for change is
- where to begin if you are ready.
This is an obligation-free conversation, and regardless of your decision I will be happy to help you gain more clarity about what matters to you.
Change coaching sessions
Our collaboration usually begins with an exploration of ‘who’ you are and ‘where’ you want to move towards.
Everybody is different and in my toolbox, I have a wide range of resources and approaches to support you and your needs.
My aim isn’t simply to ‘offer you a fish’. It’s to help you understand ‘how to fish’. I will work with you to create a winning mindset as your lasting resource.

If after our complimentary 30-min session we both see we are a good fit for each other, and you feel ready to take accountability for your growth and development, your next step is to select your package. While a single coaching session will bring you useful insights, any sustainable behavioural change and true development take time. There are no shortcuts on the road to Self.

‘I have a specific situation I want to talk about. I need a thought partner to explore it from multiple angles, understand what is important to me and decide how to approach it for an optimal outcome.’
What I offer:
One 60 min coaching session to help you see your way through and start moving forward.
Jump Start
What you bring:
‘I have a specific challenge which I want to address but I am feeling stuck. I want to work with a coach to help me gain clarity, understand my barriers as well as my strengths and resources. And to develop an action plan to move forward boldly.’
What I offer:
- Four weekly 60 min coaching sessions to help you gain clarity, get unstuck, build confidence and momentum
- An accountability partner who will both challenge and champion you to ensure you accomplish your goal
Accelerator
What you bring:
‘I am ready for deeper work and change in one area of my life. I recognise the importance of consistency and accountability for any meaningful change to occur. So, I want to partner with an experienced coach to support me on my journey. I am prepared for ‘inner work’ and I know that a multi-session coaching engagement will provide a good ‘infrastructure’ for my growth.’

- One 45 min complimentary discovery session
- Six fortnightly 60 min coaching sessions to help you understand the ‘why’, ‘what’, and ‘how’ of your change, to design a meaningful plan of actions, and to create steady movement forward
- ‘Homework’ (i.e. ‘journalling’, small stretch assignments to grow your change muscle)
- Email check-ins between sessions
- Sharing various online resources to help your growth
